Volunteers are not mere workforce.
A workforce could be good at working, but not at planning or decision-making. The planners and decision-makers could be good at their jobs, but not at executing them. They may be specialists, whereas volunteers are all-rounder. They are good as workers, executioners, planners, decision makers, initiators, and leaders.

When we volunteer contributing to bringing up “Agathiyar Statue”, a great effort, for the Sage who had rendered his life to the holistic health of Humanity, we are absolutely going to get absorbed in a life turning activity, and so let us all put our hands on together.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
GENERAL OUTLINE:
Construction of a Podium to install the statue of The great Agathiyar Siddhar measuring an area of 55 ft length x 55ft width x 54 ft height (55 x 55 x54) and to install 81 ft tall statue of Agathiyar.
- The Statue’s base is with an building featuring: Meditation Hall, Library,…
- This prime location will cover an area of 5 acres
- The Island shall be covered with a semi circular pathway
- Illustrations of ,on the pathway, the life of 18 Siddhars (Siddharkalin arputhangal)
- Traditional Food Court and Health care unit
- Trees for (zodiac): Natchaththiras (Stars) and Raasis (Planets)

THE STATUE:
The statue is to be built with panchaloham casing, which consist five metals: namely base metal (Zinc/Iron/Lead) with Gold, Silver, Brass and Copper, in proportion planned by the sculptors.
